Lift a Cube Arms Guide

Compare two setups using effective Strength per second. This is not a complete Arms list: no individual Arm stats have met the evidence gate yet.

Manual comparison

Compare two training setups

Use an effective measured rate when you have one. Otherwise enter Strength gained per cycle and seconds per cycle. A measured rate takes priority; values are never multiplied together.

Arm speed and Material multipliers are different

Confirmed in the game description

The official description associates better Arms with faster push-ups and Arm Materials with Strength multipliers. It does not publish an exact formula or stacking rule. Keep those inputs separate when recording a test.

How to run a fair comparison

  1. Choose one Strength target.
  2. Hold Materials, paid boosts and temporary effects constant.
  3. Measure each setup for the same length of time.
  4. Repeat and compare median Strength per second.

Choosing an upgrade for your current goal

A larger gain per cycle can still be slower if its cycle takes longer. The comparison labels only the highest measured rate among the two configurations you entered—not the best Arm in the game.

Why there is no recorded Arms table yet

Names, costs, cycles and conditions need in-game evidence. Empty records and catalog product names are not presented as a database.
